Although we have a strong focus on kitchen and bathroom design, we will gladly transform any space. Consultation
We provide in person and remote advice for our clients that are taking on their own home renovations or remodeling projects. Our consultations can help clients avoid costly mistakes and unnecessary changes that can affect their budget and timeline. To ensure our client is achieving the look they desire, we offer hourly consultations and can schedule multiple consultations throughout their project. Clients must supply the designer with all the necessary details prior to the consultations.

Our Design Process

INTRODUCTIONS
This is where we get acquainted with you, your design needs and wants, discuss your desired budget, and realistic timeline. Once we establish and agree on these specifics we will address the most important details of the project and start to establish a reliable design plan.
02.
CONCEPT AND SCHEMATIC DESIGN
After confirming the project's direction and your design goals, we’ll proceed with developing the desired functions of the space by creating new floor plans and layouts. Following your final approval of these drafted plans we’ll begin to meet with contractors and start reviewing costs.
03.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The super fun part, besides all the other fun parts! We thoughtfully hand select all materials and specifications for your project. We choose finishes and furnishings that are unique to your preferred design aesthetics and to the project's design goals.
04.
PREPARATION AND PURCHASING
In preparation for demolition we’ll guide you through our best survival guide to building and construction. We’ll also begin to purchase materials and finishes in order of priority and the project timeline.
05.
EXECUTION
We work closely with our vendors and contractors while advocating for you along the way. In doing so we’re able to oversee each aspect of the construction process and make sure that our custom design plan is orchestrated accurately and in a timely manner.
06.
FULFILLMENT
Your renovation or remodel is complete and we've happily fulfilled our commitment in designing your home! At this stage we'll conclude our last installations and our final finishing touches for you to enjoy and share with family and friends.

Booking times can range from 3 months to one year. It really depends on the progress of other, unrelated, projects and schedules of those involved (e.g., permits, contractors, material delays, etc.).

Yes, we provide AutoCAD 2D Renderings and Elevation Drawings when required and are currently working on adding 3D Renderings to our services soon.

No, we do not mark up anything that is suggested in the design plan. We charge a flat rate hourly fee. Also, all clients receive trade discounts where applicable.

A kitchen can take between 10-12 weeks and a bathroom can take 4-6 weeks. This does not include design time prior to demolition and depends on the size and details on both. Ideally a minimum of 3 months design time is preferred but once again this depends on the scope of the project.

We recognize that building and renovations can be very stressful and overwhelming for homeowners, it’s our job to keep them informed and educated all along the way. We communicate consistently with our clients to help calm these nerves and involve them in the step by step process. By doing so they understand the decisions that need to be made, costs, and timeline better.
Also, let’s not forget, we create beautifully crafted custom designed interiors specific to our clients and no two projects will ever be the same.

First, decide how much assistance you will need. Next have all of your questions organized before the consultation commences, along with material samples, plans, inspirational images, etc. This will allow us to be as productive as possible within the time frame of the consultation.

YES! Although it may seem like tedious homework, the questions are specific to your project's needs and your preferences and provide critical insight to the designer.

YES! We prefer to keep as much business local if we can. Most of the images on our website were completed with Hofferbert Construction in Ventura, CA, but we will gladly work with your contractor of choice too.
